1. About Us

These Terms of Service govern your use of meetyona.co.uk and the purchase of any products from Yona, a company incorporated in England and Wales.

By placing an order with us, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full.


2. Our Products

Yona sells food supplement products, including Vagus+ and Gut Barrier+. Our products are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. They are intended to support general health and wellbeing as part of a balanced lifestyle.

If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking prescribed medication, or have an existing medical condition, you should consult your GP or a qualified healthcare professional before using our products.


3. Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase from Yona. By placing an order you confirm that you meet this requirement.


4. Pricing

All prices are displayed in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. Any price change affecting an active subscription will be communicated to you by email no less than 14 days before it takes effect, giving you the opportunity to cancel before the new price applies.


5. Subscriptions and Cancellation Policy

Yona operates a subscription model. When you purchase a subscription product, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the frequency confirmed at checkout, until you cancel.

One-time purchases cannot be cancelled or refunded once an order has been processed or shipped.

Subscription orders renew automatically on the billing date shown at checkout. To avoid being charged for a renewal, you must cancel at least 24 hours before your next scheduled billing date. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the renewal date may not be processed in time, and the upcoming charge will still apply.

Once a subscription renewal has been processed, that order is treated as a confirmed purchase and cannot be cancelled or refunded, except where your statutory rights apply.

You can cancel at any time via your account dashboard at meetyona.co.uk or by contacting us at hello@meetyona.co.uk. You will retain access to your subscription benefits until the end of the current billing period.

It is your responsibility to ensure your cancellation is completed successfully. We recommend cancelling well in advance of your renewal date to avoid any issues.

Yona reserves the right to update or amend this policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page and will apply to future purchases only.


6. Returns and Refunds

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on your first order. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of your delivery date and we will arrange a refund.

For subsequent orders, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. We are not able to offer refunds where a product has been substantially used. Nothing in this clause affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

7. Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within 1 to 2 working days. Delivery timescales are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers or circumstances outside our control.

Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery. If your order is lost or damaged in transit, contact us and we will work to resolve the matter promptly.


8. Intellectual Property

All content on meetyona.co.uk, including text, images, branding, and product formulations, is the property of Yona or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any of this content without our prior written permission.


9. Health Disclaimer

The information provided on our website and in our communications is for general informational purposes only. It does not constitute medical advice and should not be relied upon as such. Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare professional with any questions you have regarding a medical condition or before making any changes to your diet, supplementation, or prescribed medication.


10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yona shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of our products or website. Our total liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that order.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.


11. Data and Privacy

We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at meetyona.co.uk. By placing an order you acknowledge that we will process your data as described in that policy.


12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our products shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
