Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy

At Yona, we aim to be fair, transparent, and flexible while ensuring our systems run smoothly. Please read the following policy carefully before completing your purchase.

One-Time Purchases

  • Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

Subscription Purchases

  • Subscription orders renew automatically on the billing date shown at checkout.

  • To avoid being charged for a renewal, subscriptions must be cancelled at least 24 hours before the next scheduled billing date.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the renewal date may not be processed in time, and the upcoming charge will still apply.

  • Once a subscription renewal has been processed, that order is treated as a confirmed purchase and cannot be cancelled or refunded.

How to Cancel

  • Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time via your customer account dashboard, or by contacting our support team at hello@meetyona.co.uk

  • You will continue to have access to your subscription benefits until the end of the current billing period.

Failed or Missed Cancellations

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure cancellations are completed successfully.

  • We recommend cancelling as early as possible to avoid any issues with renewal charges.

  • Yona reserves the right to update or amend this policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page and apply to future purchases only.
