At Yona, we aim to be fair, transparent, and flexible while ensuring our systems run smoothly. Please read the following policy carefully before completing your purchase.
One-Time Purchases

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
Subscription Purchases

Subscription orders renew automatically on the billing date shown at checkout.

To avoid being charged for a renewal, subscriptions must be cancelled at least 24 hours before the next scheduled billing date.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the renewal date may not be processed in time, and the upcoming charge will still apply.

Once a subscription renewal has been processed, that order is treated as a confirmed purchase and cannot be cancelled or refunded.

You will continue to have access to your subscription benefits until the end of the current billing period.
Failed or Missed Cancellations

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure cancellations are completed successfully.
