Processing and Dispatch
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 working days of payment being confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed on the next available working day.
You will receive a dispatch confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
Delivery within the UK
We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom. Standard delivery typically takes 2 to 5 working days from dispatch. Delivery timescales are estimates provided by our courier and are not guaranteed.
If your order has not arrived within 7 working days of your dispatch confirmation, please contact us at hello@meetyona.co.uk and we will investigate with the courier on your behalf.
Subscription Orders
Subscription orders are dispatched automatically on your renewal date. Delivery follows the same timescales as standard orders. If you need to update your delivery address before a renewal, please do so via your account dashboard at least 24 hours before your next billing date.
Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, your order may be held at a local depot or returned to us depending on the courier. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed collection, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping charges may apply in this circumstance.
Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged or is confirmed lost by the courier, contact us at hello@meetyona.co.uk within 14 days of your expected delivery date. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion, subject to courier investigation where required.
International Shipping
We do not currently offer international shipping. Customers outside the United Kingdom are unable to place orders at this time.
