The promise covers your first 90-day delivery. If you plan to claim, skip or cancel your next delivery before it bills, which is about three months after you ordered.

Yona orders are dispatched from the UK within 1 to 2 working days. Standard delivery then usually takes 2 to 3 working days, and a faster option is available at checkout. Orders placed at a weekend or on a bank holiday go out on the next working day.

Standard UK delivery is free on Yona orders of £26 or more. Faster delivery is available for a small charge, and the exact cost shows at checkout before you pay.

You'll get an order confirmation email straight away, and a dispatch email when your order leaves us. Yona orders travel with Royal Mail or one of our courier partners.

Once your return reaches us and is approved, we refund your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a little longer to show it. Return postage is yours to cover unless the item was faulty, damaged or incorrect.
