5 ways Vagus One helps you stop living around a gut you can’t trust.
Bloated by four. Backed up for days. Mapping the loos before you leave the house. It isn’t always the food. Daily nutrition for the nerve that runs your digestion. Nothing to cut out.

The truth
It’s not the food. It’s the signal.
Why your gut keeps picking its moments whatever you cut out, and the part of digestion almost nobody feeds.
It’s been a good fortnight. You’d started to think you’d finally cracked it.
Then it comes back. The waistband that’s tight by four. The wind you spend a whole meeting holding in. The sudden, urgent need for a loo at the worst possible moment, and the tap you run so nobody hears.
You’ve done everything right:
Cut the bread. Then the dairy. Then the onions.
The probiotic. And the one after that.
Peppermint capsules at the bottom of your bag.
A food diary that never quite finds the culprit.
And it still shows up. On the stressful days. In company. Whatever was on the plate.
Here’s the part most people never get told: digestion isn’t only chemistry. It’s signalling.
Your vagus nerve is the line between your brain and your gut. It tells your stomach a meal is coming, and tells your gut when to move things along. It does that with a chemical messenger, acetylcholine, which your body has to build from nutrients. Every day.1
When you’re rushed or braced, your body turns that signal down.2 And no food list can turn it back up.
It’s not the bread. It’s not willpower. And it’s not your fault.
Why it keeps coming back
Cutting a food works for a fortnight. Then it’s back.
It isn’t you. It’s what a food list can’t reach.
Day 1It flares
The four o’clock bloat. The wind. The dash. You know exactly what this is.
Week 1You cut something
Usually bread. It feels like doing something. Your list of safe foods gets one shorter.
Weeks 2–3It settles
You relax. You stop checking. It was also, as it happens, a quieter fortnight.
The next hard weekAnd it’s back
Same bloat, same waistband. And this time you hadn’t even eaten the thing.
Each round, the list gets shorter. The signal never gets fed.
One honest caveat. If a food genuinely disagrees with you, keep avoiding it. But if the pattern follows your week and not your plate, food was never the whole story.
The restaurant you don’t look up online first. The plate you finish. The drive home spent on the conversation, not on what your stomach is about to do.
Digestion starts before the first bite, with a message from brain to gut that a meal is on its way. Vagus One supplies what that messenger, acetylcholine, is built from: citicoline for one half, vitamins B1 and B5 for the other.

Wear the same waistband at 4pm as at 8am.

The jeans that fit at breakfast. The top button that doesn’t make it to the end of the day. The loose dress you keep for bad-stomach days.
Between meals, your gut runs a cleaning wave that keeps things moving along. It runs on acetylcholine, and making acetylcholine takes vitamin B1. Vagus One carries two forms of it, water-soluble and fat-soluble.

Be regular without thinking about it.
B1 in two forms, B2, magnesiumThe nerve layer of Vagus One
The meal that’s still with you three hours later. Two days of nothing, then three. The morning that can’t start until your gut decides it can. The holiday it never quite joins.
Your gut is one long muscle, and its rhythm is set by nerves. The vagus nerve is the line from your brain that keeps it moving: when to squeeze, when to pass things along, when to clear the way for the next meal.1 A nerve that busy is hungry tissue. Vagus One feeds it directly, with B1 in two forms, active B2 and magnesium.

Leave the house without a map of the loos.

The sudden, non-negotiable need that arrives on the motorway, in the queue, ten minutes into the meeting. Running the tap in someone else’s bathroom. Waiting for the office toilets to empty so nobody knows it was you.
Your gut and your brain share one line, and it runs both ways. That’s why a tense morning and an urgent stomach so often arrive together.2 So Vagus One isn’t only nutrition for the nerve. L-theanine and saffron are in there too, for the state your gut does its work in.
A sudden change that lasts needs your GP, not a supplement. See “When should I see my GP instead?” below.

Swap the shelf for one routine.
The probiotic. The enzymes. The peppermint capsules. The charcoal tablets at the bottom of your bag. The app you log your lunch in.
You take it the way you take a vitamin. Two capsules, with a meal. That’s it. Nothing to cut out, time or track. Of customers who noticed a change, 64% noticed inside four weeks. Ninety days is the fair test, which is why the 90-day supply comes with a money-back promise.
Most gut supplements work on what’s in your gut. Vagus One feeds what’s telling it what to do.
Nerves are hungry tissue. Two forms of vitamin B1, active riboflavin and magnesium feed the energy metabolism the nerve itself runs on.

Acetylcholine is built from two halves: choline, and an acetyl group your body makes with the help of B1 and B5. Citicoline brings the choline. The rest of this layer covers the acetyl side.

“A tangible, measurable difference”
Ten years of gut issues… I’ve tried a lot of different things over the years, and there’s only a handful that I can say made a tangible, measurable difference. The longer I take it, the better I feel.
Yvonne M. · On camera, in her own words★★★★★
“Less bloating. A lot calmer.”
Within the first week I felt a massive difference and have continued using these daily. I have less bloating… Feeling a lot calmer too.
Kathleen M. · Verified review★★★★★
“I’d had this problem for YEARS”
I have been taking these capsules for a few months to try and stop my excessive burping and after the second/third bottle I realised I’d virtually stopped burping completely.

“Nerves, stomach, sleep: all improved”
I was skeptical that this product could support me, but on reflection my general regulation — nerves, stomach, sleep — have all improved and I’ve felt supported.
Jules Z. · Verified review, April 2026★★★★★
“I can feel the difference”
I have been taking it for nearly a month and I can feel the difference… less bloating, and don’t seem to get any acid indigestion.
Sally S. · Verified review★★★★★
“Much more settled after 6 weeks”
I didn’t think this would work. I was very suspicious. However after 6 weeks I am much more settled and don’t have the gut issues.

Questions
Questions people actually ask.
Will it stop my bloating?
We can’t promise that, and nobody honestly can. Vagus One is a food supplement, not a treatment. What we can tell you: in our survey of 748 customers, 81% reported better digestion, which means roughly one in five didn’t. That’s why the 90-day supply comes with a money-back promise.
What’s the free Gut Repair+?
It’s the second layer of the Yona system. Vagus One is nutrition for the signal; Gut Repair+ is four ingredients for the gut lining that signal arrives at: sodium butyrate, S. boulardii, zinc carnosine and bovine immunoglobulin. One 30-day bottle (90 capsules, three a day), usually £29, comes free with your first 90-day supply on either plan. One per order, not repeated on renewals, while stocks last. Vagus One is vegan; Gut Repair+ contains bovine-derived immunoglobulin, so it isn’t suitable for vegetarians or vegans.
Is this a probiotic?
No. There are no bacteria, enzymes or fibre in Vagus One. It’s nutrition for the nerve side of digestion: vitamins, amino acids and a plant extract. You can take it alongside a probiotic if you already use one. (The free Gut Repair+ does include S. boulardii, a yeast.)
Does Vagus One stimulate the vagus nerve?
No. It’s a food supplement. It provides nutrients; it doesn’t stimulate anything. The full formula and every dose are listed above.
How long until I notice a difference?
There’s no first-night effect, because you’re supplying raw materials rather than forcing a response. Of customers who noticed a change, 64% noticed inside four weeks. Ninety days is the fair test. There is no guaranteed timeline or result.
When’s the best time to take it?
Two capsules daily, with a meal. If you’re sensitive to supplements, start with one capsule a day for the first few days.
Do I need to change what I eat?
No. A varied, balanced diet comes first, and if a food genuinely disagrees with you, keep avoiding it. Vagus One doesn’t ask you to cut anything out.
Can I take it with medication or other supplements?
Speak to your doctor or pharmacist first if you take prescription medication, are pregnant or breastfeeding, are under 18 or have a diagnosed condition. Check the amounts across any other supplements you use.
When should I see my GP instead?
If you have blood in your stools, unexplained weight loss, difficulty swallowing, severe or persistent pain, diarrhoea that lasts more than seven days, or a change in bowel habit that lasts three weeks or more, see your GP. Those need assessing, not a supplement.
Do I have to subscribe?
No. Choose One-time purchase for a single payment. Subscriptions have no minimum term; you can pause, skip or cancel.
How does the 90-day promise work?
It covers your first 90-day supply. Take it daily for 90 days from delivery. If nothing has changed, email us between day 90 and day 120 and answer a few short questions. No return is needed. The 30-day supply is outside the promise.
Find yours
Different gut. Same signal.
Pick the pattern that sounds most like yours.
Flat at breakfast. Tight by teatime.
Maybe you wake up fine and it builds through the day, whatever you eat.
Maybe it’s worse on desk days: lunch in ten minutes, straight back onto a call.
Or it shows up hours after the meal, when you’d forgotten what you even had.
Two forms of B1 for the acetyl half of the signal
Citicoline for the choline half
Taken once a day, with a meal
Your stomach knows about the meeting before you do.
Maybe it’s the knot before a presentation, or the dash to the loo before a flight.
Maybe your gut is fine on holiday and awful in a deadline week.
Or you’ve been told it’s “just stress”, as if that made it any less physical.
L-theanine and saffron in the State layer
B1, B2 and magnesium for normal nervous-system function
No ashwagandha
Food that feels like it’s still sitting there.
Maybe a normal dinner sits like a brick until bedtime.
Maybe you’re full after half a plate.
Or mornings are sluggish until the second coffee does the job for you.
Built around acetylcholine, the “get moving” messenger
B5 for normal synthesis of some neurotransmitters
A daily routine, not something you cycle on and off
The shelf, the diary, the list of safe foods.
Maybe you’ve done the elimination diet and the reintroduction.
Maybe there’s a drawer of half-finished probiotics.
Or your tests came back “normal” and you were sent home with a leaflet.
Not a probiotic, an enzyme or a fibre: a different layer
Every dose printed. No proprietary blends.
Ninety days to judge it, or your money back
