Terms of Service
1. About Us
These Terms of Service govern your use of meetyona.co.uk and any purchases made through our website.
The website is operated by:
Yona Health Limited
124 City Road
London
EC1V 2NX
United Kingdom
Email: hello@meetyona.co.uk
In these terms, “Yona”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Yona Health Limited.
By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms.
2. Our Products
Yona sells food supplements.
Our products are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition. They are designed to support general health and wellbeing as part of a varied, balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.
Always read the product label, ingredients and directions before use. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking prescribed medication or have an existing medical condition, consult your GP or another qualified healthcare professional before using our products.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase products from Yona.
By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
4. Orders
All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.
After placing an order, you will receive an email confirming the details of your purchase. Please check this information and contact us promptly if anything is incorrect.
We may cancel or refuse an order where:
- A product is unavailable
- The price or product information contains an obvious error
- We cannot authorise or verify payment
- We reasonably suspect fraud or misuse
- We cannot deliver to the address provided
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will issue a full refund.
5. Pricing and Payment
Prices are displayed in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable.
Delivery charges and any other applicable costs will be shown before you complete your purchase.
We may change our prices at any time, but this will not affect orders already confirmed.
If a price change affects an active subscription, we will notify you before the new price takes effect so that you have the opportunity to cancel.
6. One-Time Purchases and Subscriptions
Yona offers both one-time purchases and automatically renewing subscriptions.
When you purchase a subscription, you authorise us to charge your chosen payment method automatically at the frequency and price displayed at checkout until you cancel.
Your subscription frequency, recurring price and next billing date will be shown when you subscribe and may also be viewed through your customer account.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account or by emailing hello@meetyona.co.uk.
To prevent your next renewal, cancellation must be completed before the next scheduled payment is processed. We recommend cancelling at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals. It does not automatically cancel an order that has already been processed or dispatched. Please contact us promptly if you need help with a recently processed order.
Nothing in this section affects your statutory cancellation or refund rights.
7. Cancellations, Returns and Refunds
Most customers purchasing online have the right to cancel an eligible order within 14 days of receiving it.
Certain sealed products may not be eligible for return once opened where the seal is required for health-protection or hygiene reasons.
To request a cancellation, return or refund, email hello@meetyona.co.uk with your name and order number.
Full details are available in our Refund Policy.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
8. Subscriptions and Refunds
Cancelling your subscription prevents future subscription renewals but does not automatically create a refund for products that have already been delivered.
Refund requests for subscription orders are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy and your statutory consumer rights.
9. Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within one to two working days unless otherwise stated on the website.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by couriers, public holidays, weather or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Yona remains responsible for your order until it is delivered to you or to someone you have nominated to receive it.
Please contact hello@meetyona.co.uk if your order is delayed, lost, damaged or incorrect. We will investigate and provide an appropriate replacement or refund where required.
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
10. Promotions and Discount Codes
Promotions and discount codes may be subject to additional conditions displayed with the relevant offer.
Unless otherwise stated:
- Discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash
- Only one discount code may be used per order
- Discount codes cannot be applied retrospectively
- Promotions may be changed or withdrawn before an order is placed
- Promotional availability may be limited
Products purchased during a sale or promotion remain covered by your statutory consumer rights.
11. Website Information

We may update or correct website content where necessary.

15. Privacy
We process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it and the rights available to you.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms to reflect changes to our business, services or legal obligations.
Changes will apply to future orders and website use after the revised terms are published. They will not retrospectively change the terms applying to an order already confirmed.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
If you live in England or Wales, legal proceedings may be brought in the courts of England and Wales.
If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also be entitled to bring proceedings in your local courts.
