How is Gut Barrier+ different from Vagus+?
Vagus+ is the foundation of the Yona system. It supports the upstream nervous system and gut-brain connection.
Gut Barrier+ works more directly on the gut environment itself.
Do I need both?
Not always.
If you are new to Yona, we usually recommend starting with Vagus+ first. Gut Barrier+ is best for people who want additional direct gut support alongside Vagus+.
Is Gut Barrier+ a probiotic?
No. It is not a standard probiotic.
It contains Saccharomyces boulardii, a beneficial yeast, alongside sodium butyrate, zinc carnosine, and serum-derived bovine immunoglobulin.
How do I take it?
Take 3 capsules daily. Sensitive users may prefer to start gently and build consistency over time.
Is it vegan or vegetarian?
No. Gut Barrier+ contains serum-derived bovine immunoglobulin, so it is not suitable for vegans or vegetarians.
Can I take it with medication?
If you take medication, have a medical condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or are under medical supervision, speak with your doctor or pharmacist before using any supplement.
What if I’m still taking PPIs?
Gut Barrier+ is not a replacement for medication. Do not stop or change prescribed medication without medical guidance. Please speak with your doctor or pharmacist before combining supplements with medication.
